My Money Week

 


What is it? 

Learning about money has never been more important for young people. My Money Week provides a nationwide focus on financial capability for young people in primary and secondary schools throughout England. My Money Week offers schools a flexible framework of options and resources to inspire students and teachers to get to grips with practical personal finance.

Dates for 2010:

Monday 28 June to Sunday 4 July.

Why participate?

Personal finance education can help young people learn, develop and practise the knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes they will need to be financially capable now and in the future.

Students will be better able to make ends meet, keep track of their finances, plan ahead, choose products wisely, avoid traps and scams, and stay informed about financial matters.

Most importantly, students should leave schools with the skills and confidence to manage their money well and The Cool Head's experienced trainers from the world of money can help your school make this happen!
